Emerge Consulting is a Michigan-based Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) firm with a focus on small to mid-sized businesses. Joe Bamberger founded Emerge Consulting after spending several years in the staffing industry. Emerge Consulting was founded with the mission of making recruitment more efficient and cost effective for smaller companies and helping them Emerge above their competition in the war for talent. Joe Bamberger attended Detroit Country Day School before finishing his B.A. in 2009 at Colorado College.
