Blaire brings 30 years of starting and acquiring successful operations in global finance/accounting, high tech/advanced manufacturing and executive recruiting. She is an accomplished executive with a history of identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities to expand business and drive revenue and profit growth. Prior to investing in The Hunter Group as a investor/partner in 2013, she held diverse executive leadership positions with top global organizations such as Senior VP-International Banking at LaSalle Bank/ABN Amro Group, (Global Bank), First VP-Trade Finance at Comerica Bank (Super-Regional Bank), Partner at Baker Tilly (Global CPA), Senior VP-Economic Development at Detroit Regional Chamber (largest Non-Profit U.S. Chamber), CFO at Eaton Rapids Castings/URV USA and Swedish Biogas (Global Alternative Energy), and Analyst at Daimler-Benz AG (Global OEM). In her various executive/founder roles, she built and acquired high performing teams for her own organization as well as for her diverse clients through her extensive network and industry knowledge.
She also currently serves in leadership positions on several business boards and associations including Financial Executives International, British-American Business Council, Inforum, Vistage Michigan, Michigan Council of SHRM, MSU Broad Board of Directors, and the Women's Presidents Organization among others. In addition, Blaire serves as adjunct faculty and guest lecturer for the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor and Dearborn, Michigan State University, Eastern Michigan University and Walsh College for international coursework.
She earned her BBA from Eastern Michigan University as a Regents Scholarship Recipient, Cum Laude and Executive MBA from Michigan State University, Summa Cum Laude with additional international studies at the Wiener Universitaet in Austria, the Fachhochschule Nuertingen in Germany, and in Belgrade, Serbia with AFS. She is also an AFP Certified Cash Manager (CCM).
